Chirp, LLC is a Colorado-based company providing downloadable PDF scoresheet labels for use with USA Hockey scoresheets. Our services are offered through www.chirp.hockey.
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using our services or purchasing a downloadable PDF, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Our services are for adult team managers, coaches, or parents. We collect names of youth athletes under 13 solely to generate labels. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to input the data.
4. DATA STORAGE AND USE
We store team data linked to your web browser, using only the necessary cookies to do this, including team name, season, player names, jersey numbers, coach details, and team manager name/phone.
This is used only to generate your PDF labels. Data is not made public or shared with third parties. We may use anonymized data for analytics or marketing.
5. PREVIEW AND PURCHASE POLICY
You can preview your PDF before purchase. All sales are final. No edits can be made after purchase. To fix mistakes, you must correct them in the tool and purchase a new PDF. Exception: If your downloaded PDF has system errors, email support@chirp.hockey with the file. If we confirm the issue was on our end, we will issue a full refund.
6. PRICING & PAYMENT
The price for a downloadable PDF is $24. Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
7. REFUND POLICY
We offer no refunds unless a technical error in the system caused a corrupted PDF. No refunds are given for:- User data entry mistakes- Printing issues on home or office printers- Changes needed after purchaseYou are responsible for printing your own PDF. We recommend [OL318WX labels from OnlineLabels.com] or professional print shops for best results.
8. USER CONTENT & OWNERSHIP
You retain ownership of the data you enter and your final PDF. Chirp retains ownership of its website, code, and USA Hockey logos used under license.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, and visual assets on the site are the property of Chirp, LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Chirp is not responsible for:- Printing errors- User mistakes in entered data- Missed team schedule deadlines- Indirect or consequential damagesOur maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your PDF.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Colorado law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado under AAA rules. No class actions are permitted.
12. MARKETING USE OF SAMPLE LABELS
Chirp reserves the right to use scoresheet label designs created through our system for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:
- Social media posts
- Website examples
- Sales presentations
- Demonstrations of product features
In most if not all cases, we will replace player names, coach names, and identifying team information with fictitious or generic placeholders before publishing. You may request that Chirp not use your submitted label for any public marketing purposes by contacting us at hello@chirp.hockey.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted with a new “Effective Date.”
